The airport
Barcelona Airport Terminal 2 (T2A, T2B and T2C)
T2 is El Prat's original terminal, extended and refurbished. It's made up of three buildings in a row, T2A, T2B and T2C, and is used mainly by low-cost airlines. The Aerobus A2 line links it with the centre.

- Train

- Free shuttle
The three T2 buildings
- T2B: the central and largest building. The Aerobus A2 line terminates here and most services are concentrated here.
- T2C: used mainly by easyJet. The Aerobus picks up passengers here on the city-bound route; going to the airport, get off at T2B and walk for a few minutes.
- T2A: less busy, used according to each season's needs.
Terminal 2 airlines
This is the terminal for Ryanair and easyJet, among other low-cost carriers. As with T1, allocations change: always check the terminal on your boarding pass.
Transport from T2
- Aerobus A2: leaves from T2C and T2B for Plaça Espanya, Gran Via, Plaça Universitat and Plaça Catalunya, in about 35 minutes.
- R2 Nord train: Aeroport station is next to T2B, linked by a footbridge. It's the best option for getting to Sants.
- Metro L9 Sud: Aeroport T2 station, next to the terminal.
- Bus 46 to Plaça Espanya and taxis outside arrivals.
Getting from T2 to T1
The free shuttle bus between terminals stops in front of T2 and takes about 10-15 minutes to T1. If you arrive on the A2 and discover your flight leaves from T1, don't go back to the centre: use the shuttle.
